From Titanic Day to Food around the World Day, ESK WOW days are filled with fun, educational activities to immerse students in their topics.
The Primary School have hosted a number of WOW days this year. Wow days are are great way for students to immerse themselves in their school topics.
Year 6
Its's 1912 onboard the RMS Titanic...
Year 6 students travelled back in time to learn about the devastating historical event of the Titanic.
Year 5
Year 5 students immersed themselves in one of their class topics - The Shang Dynasty. Their day was filled with fun activities including a Thai Chi lesson via Zoom, learning Mandarin with our secondary school Mandarin teacher and creating Willow Pattern plates in Art class.
What was school like in the Victorian times?
Year 4
Year 4 students were transported back in time to a Victorian school. They participated in a range of activities to understand what it was like to attend school during this period.
Year 3
Year 3 students have been learning about the prehistoric Stone age period across their classes.

Student learnt about different cultures, nationalities and enjoyed tasting food from Mexico, China, Italy and France. ESK are lucky to have such a vide range of nationalities.
Year 1
Year 1 students embarked on a magical adventure to the North pole for their Polar Express day.
The day was filled with fun activities; they created their own tickets, used arts and crafts to create snowmen and had a relaxing story time at the end of the day.
Reception
Reception classrooms were roaring with
Triceratops, Stegosauruses, T-Rexes and Allosauruses for their Dinosaur WOW day.
Nursery
Our Nursery Lions and Tigers learnt about night-time and participated in fun bed-time themed activities such as pajama threading and bedtime story reading.
